4. Legal basis for processing
Technical and payment cookies (Stripe) do not require user consent as they are necessary for the operation of the website and for the performance of the sales contract.
Measurement cookies (Google Analytics) and experience cookies (Google Maps) are only installed with the user's prior consent, given through the cookie banner on first access or through the preference management panel.
5. How we manage your consent
On your first visit a banner appears allowing you to:
- Accept all — enables measurement and experience cookies
- Refuse — only essential cookies are used
- Customise — access the management panel at the bottom of this page to choose individual categories

7. Extra-EU data transfers

8. Retention period
Cookie durations vary by type, as indicated in the table in section 3. Session cookies are automatically deleted when the browser is closed. Consent cookies (cookie_consent, functional_consent, experience_consent) have a duration of 180 days and are automatically deleted upon expiry or can be manually removed by the user.
9. Data subject rights
In relation to personal data collected through cookies, users enjoy the same rights set out in the site's Privacy Policy, including the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent (Arts. 15-22 GDPR).
